Christine Tharp, R.N. has over thirty years of nursing experience, including holding supervisory and administrative positions. In 2000, she founded Harmony Home Care, Inc. to provide area residents with the assistance needed to remain in their own homes and to enhance the quality of their lives. Harmony Home Care, Inc.specializes in offering a personal touch to individualized, non-skilled, home healthcare services. Our services include personal care, light housekeeping, respite care, companionship, and medication reminders. We help with everything from bathing and grooming to nail care, hair care, dressing assistance, meal planning and preparation, shopping, errands, and laundry, to total twenty-four hour care. We are dedicated to providing the kind of care for our clients that we would want for someone we love.

Most people prefer to be at home, and our goal is to provide the support structure they need to continue to living an independent lifestyle. Our services are available throughout the Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina County communities, and I attempt to meet with each client and their family personally to develop a plan of care specifically designed to meet their needs. Although the majority of our business is helping seniors remain in the comfort of their own homes, we also provide services to anyone of any age that needs our help.

All of our services are under the direction of a nurse and provided by compassionate, knowledgeable home health aides. All of our staff members are actual employees of Harmony Home Care, and have passed a rigorous hiring process that includes reference checks, thorough background checks, finger printing, and health screenings. They have all passed our stringent skills assessment and have my full confidence that I would feel comfortable having them in my own home before they are ever placed with a client.

Our affordably priced services can be paid for privately or through insurance coverage, and can also be provided through the PASSPORT program.
